Tools Of The Actor-(Grades K-8)
Students learn the basics of performing through hands-on theatre games.
A perfect workshop for schools that have performances coming up!

Playwriting-
(Grades 4-8)
Classes write a short play together, learning the structure and steps in the creative writing process. Individual students are left with the skills and encouragement needed to write their own play, which can be submitted to the ACT For Youth Annual Young Playwrights Contest.

Custom Designed-
Our trained staff will customize a workshop specifically for your students! Tell us what you are working on, and we can make it come to life! Some past workshop topics include: auditioning, movement for theatre, musical theatre,
improvisation, conflict/resolution through theatre, etc...
RESIDENCY PROGRAMS
Bring A.C.T. For Youth to your school for a 1 to 5 day Residency. 
Residency topics include:
STAGE SPORTS- Improvisational theatre taught as a team sport.  Students learn acting techniques and problem solving skills in this fun and exciting residency.  At the end of the residency period, students participate in the STAGE SPORTS OLYMPICS.

STORY TO THE STAGE- Students begin the week by writing a short play as a class, then learn acting skills to use as they rehearse and perform a staged reading of their work at the end of the week.

MUSICAL THEATRE-Students learn the techniques of performing in Musicals as they rehearse song and dance numbers for end of Residency showcase.
